First, the New Year tree on the Manezh Square.

The History Museum, which is already on Red Square proper, is on the background.

People on Red Square - crowds but not massive, many are parents with small children.

Spasskaya tower with the Kuranty clock.

The Ruby (glass) star.

The Minin and Pozharsky monument in front of St. Basil's cathedral.

The square houses a massive fair-like event plus there is an ice rink but mainly for the little ones, I think.

Food.

Samovar for tea making.

Васильевский спуск (кажется так).

Belyash on Red Square - had one - eatable but nothing to write fondly home about and 200 rubles too.
