Chocolates in the night

 Chocolates in the night.

Some Russian chocolate choices - Osoby (Special) bars and Stolichny (Metropolitan) sweets.

Osoby Chocolate by Krupskaya Factory, St. Petersburg, in three flavors, dark, forest nut and orange.

And some Stolichny sweets by Red October Factory.

These are among my favorite Russian chocolates.

Russian chocolate differs from, say, Western chocolate, and is not particular about the cocoa bean percentage.

However I do prefer the taste of better brands of Russian chocolate, on the whole, to most Western so-called "premium" varieties for which neither me nor my taste buds have much time but with few exceptions.
